Organic Italian Honey 

Our organic honey is produced according to the Bio provisions in compliance with European Union regulations (EC Reg. 834/07 and EC Reg. 889/08).

All the honey produced is 100% Italian Origin and Premium quality :

• Produced in Tuscany: in this region of Italy it is possible to practice real organic beekeeping because  the wooded area is almost the 50% and where organic crops are the new tradition;
• Raw (RAW): the whole manufacturing processing is cold; from the extraction up to placing into containers the 38° C of temperature is not exceeded, all our honey tends to crystallize, crystallizing in a long or short time in relation to the natural composition of the honey itself;
• Non-microfiltered: Our honey is filtered to retain impurities only, leaving the natural particles, one of which is pollen;
• Non-industrial: although human intervention is necessary from extraction to placing into containers, our products do not undergo industrial processing processes (such as pasteurisation, microfiltration, revved pumping, etc.)
